Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

See The Change, LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates seethechange.tv, a curated discovery platform for podcasts, organizations and actions shaping a more sustainable and equitable future. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you subscribe to our newsletter, submit a show or organization, or sign in as a creator, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email address, and the content of your submission.

Usage information. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This collects anonymized data such as pages visited, time on page, approximate location, and device/browser type.

Security data. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm submissions come from people, not bots. Turnstile may process limited device and interaction data for that purpose.

How we use your information

  • To send the newsletter you subscribed to (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • To review and publish show and organization submissions.
  • To sign creators in and let them manage their own listings.
  • To understand and improve how the site is used.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the site: Supabase (database and sign-in), Cloudflare (bot protection), Google Analytics (usage statistics), and our hosting provider. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. If you are in the EEA, UK or California, you have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA, including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and we use industry-standard safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above shows the latest version. Questions about this policy or your data? Contact us through the newsletter or submission forms on this site.
